HANS INDUSTRIES PVT LTD is unit of the UB Aggarwal group of industries which is a leading group in steel sector in the area. Hans Industries P. Ltd. is one of the leading Co. manufacturing structural items. Our Co. was established on the 7th November 2006 and we have started our production from the 1st of December, 2007.
Ours is the biggest re-rolling mill in size in the entire Saurashtra region. We are producing various type of the structural steel product like M S Beams, M S Channels, MS Flats, MS Angles, MS Rounds. Our vision is to produce the quality goods to satisfy the customized requirements of our customers. Our company is vertically integrated and we are not dependent for raw materials on others. This enables us to maintain quality uniformly in all batches. We are establishing the concast plant for the production of the M. S. Billets through Close Casting Route for maintaining quality of the output. Our manufacturing plant is ever-evolving to meet and satisfy every demand pertaining to Steel. Now we are going to offer a wide range of bars in Carbon and Alloy Steel. Our product portfolio consists of Round Bars in various sizes and grades as follows.

Annealed & Straightened Bars
Annealing, in metallurgy and materials science, is a heat treatment that alters the physical properties of a material to increase its ductility and reduce its hardness, making it more workable. It involves heating a material to above its recrystallization temperature, maintaining a suitable temperature, and then cooling. We can provide you Annealed Steel Bars of Grades such as SAE4140, En19, etc.
Bar straightening is a necessary step in the heat-treating process of many components. Due to mechanical deformation and manifestation of stresses during heating and quenching, parts often warp beyond acceptable tolerances with respect to straightness and flatness. Therefore steel straightening services become a necessity to bring the parts back within acceptable ranges.

We manufacture our wire rods through the latest direct hot charging technique, via our concast facility. The product is rolled in our fully automatic steel rolling mill under the banner of Prime Steel processors. We produce low carbon, medium carbon, high carbon, cold heading quality(CHQ).
